Bures Parish Council – Adult Gym Equipment for Bures Sports Ground
July 2014
Many eager children on their summer holidays could not wait to start using the new equipment we supplied here at the Bures Sports Ground.
Playquip Leisure worked closely with the local parish council on this major project which has seen eight pieces of adult gym equipment and a new aerial runway installed.
Not only did Playquip supply and manufacture these units, we also completed much needed maintenance, repair and refurbishment work. A fantastic adaption was created to turn one of the existing flat swings into a nest swing.
To take advantage of our equipment and adaptations please call the sales team.
Greenfields Housing Association, Sible Headingham – Toddler Trim Trail July 2014
This project really shows that Playquip Leisure can cater for all budgets.
Greenfields Housing Association had an environmental budget that needed to be used so we suggested our fantastic toddler trim trail.
Made from 100% recycled plastic this was just what they were looking for.
These Trim trails can be ordered in a variety of colours with many different individual pieces available.
Capel St Mary Parish Council – Swing Bay Adaption and New Ball Shoot July 2014
This is a fantastic example of how Playquip can help with on-going issues at your play area.
Many types of council have adopted this idea to install bonded mulch wear pads below the swing seats.
This is a permanent solution to stop bark displacement and for the requirement for constant top ups.
We lay a sub base and then install a 40mm thick rubber bonded mulch safety surface to finish.
Available in a variety of colours to match your existing surfacing.
The ball shoot that was installed is available as a two way, four way and six way unit, powder coated to a colour of choice. A great alternative to a basket ball post and no requirement for surfacing.
Saxmundham Adventure Playground – Tri Leg Nest Swing Aug 2014
Playquip were contacted by Saxmundham Sports Club to supply and install a new swing that would take the place of their old Cantilever style swing and surfacing.
We recommended our Tri Leg design nest swing finished in stainless steel. I think you will agree that this is a striking piece of equipment that looks magnificent in the unusual landscape of the park which used to be a quarry.
Bonded mulch safety surfacing was then used in our gorgeous ‘forest mix’ colour to finally complete the project and banish those dated rubber mats.
