Type 2 MUGA – Multi-Use Games Area

The Playquip Type 2 MUGA offers an enhanced multi-sports solution, providing a larger enclosed games area with increased ball-retention fencing for more active and intensive play.

Manufactured from strong, durable steel, the Type 2 system incorporates integrated goals and basketball hoops, creating a versatile space suitable for football, basketball and a wide variety of other ball games and sporting activities.

The extended side fencing helps to keep the ball in play for longer, reducing interruptions and helping to prevent balls travelling into surrounding playgrounds, paths or landscaped areas. Its open-bar construction maintains excellent visibility throughout the MUGA, making it particularly suitable for schools, parks, recreation grounds and community facilities.

Every Type 2 MUGA can be configured around the individual site, with different sizes, layouts and entrance arrangements available. The steelwork can also be powder coated in a wide choice of colours, including contrasting colour combinations to complement existing play equipment, school colours or the surrounding environment.
